Our testing protocol

Here is exactly how we run your equipment through our extensive testing protocol:

• Serialized intake: every piece is logged by its serial number and kept separate from our own rental fleet.
• Level 1 — Visual inspection: a thorough teardown and baseline check to find obvious wear before advanced testing starts.
• Level 1 — Ultrasonic wall thickness (UT): accurate gauge readings checked straight against the minimum allowable wall specs.
• Level 1 — Hydrostatic pressure test: high-pressure bay testing, backed by a recorded chart for proof of integrity.
• Level 2 — Certification banding and paint: everything in Level 1, plus a final blast, paint and heavy-duty banding to show your iron is safe, compliant and ready to roll.
• Level 3 — Magnetic particle inspection (MPI): everything in Level 2, plus precision NDT testing to hunt down surface cracks and hidden structural flaws.
• Authorized repairs, at any level: if a piece fails, we get your approval first, fix it right, and run it through the test protocol again.
